Welcome to UnTapped Music Festival 2016. UnTapped is the largest outdoor music event held in the Tri-Cities. If you are planning to be a food vendor at this year’s festival, remember that all food should be sold in serving sizes appropriate to allow the public to try several items throughout the day, is easy to move around the venue with and minimizes garbage. Please price your item in easy to pay increments to minimize making change. As in the past, we will not use script for food. Water cannot be sold through vendors; The charities will be selling all bottled water.
A $2 Million Insurance coverage is again required by Benton County for all food vendors. If you do not have an insurance rider at this level then you can be covered under our 1 day blanket policy for $100. This policy was in place for the past five years. If you have coverage you must provide proof of coverage to BOTH;

You are required that the following organizations are listed as additional insured on your proof of insurance.
Townsquare Media – Tri-Cities, Townsquare Media Live Events, LLC, Benton County Fairgrounds, Benton County of Washington State, Benton Franklin Fair and Rodeo Association and their office, staff, volunteers, board members, agents or employees.
Please forward your proof of insurance no later than April 10, 2016. Failure to provide the proper Insurance certificate is NOT a reason for, or will a REFUND be given for failure to comply with this requirement.
Remember that in order to participate in the 2016 UnTapped Music Festival, you need to mail the completed application form and pay your registration fee. If you wish to use a credit card please complete the attached form.

Application Deadline: CRITICAL! All applicants must submit a COMPLETED application and the required fee by April 10th, 2016.
Setup: Setup will at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 14th. Gates will open to the public at noon and the event ends at 11:00 pm. All set up must be complete by 11:30 am!!!
Benton County Health Permit: Health permits are required for all food vendors and their employees and must be presented on the date of the festival.
Business License: We will include you on our Event Temporary Kennewick Business License
Serving Staff: Names of intended serving staff are needed for “Vendor and Volunteer” gate. This gate is located via the West Gate of the Fairgrounds. Vendors are limited to 8 employees total to be allowed into the event (employees must be 21 yrs of age or older). Extra employees must pay regular ticket price.
Food Vendor Fee $275.00: There is no additional charge or fee unless you do not provide your own insurance.
Food Vendor Insurance: Insurance provided by UnTapped is $100.00 ($2M level of coverage). If you have your own policy, provide proof of insurance coverage at the $2 million level.
Failure to Comply with Rules
Failure to complete all forms and follow the rules of the event, event staff, law enforcement, or Health Department can or will cause closure of the booth without a refund.
